You can e-mail your comments to planning.applications@stratford-dc.gov.uk or send them in the post, within the three week statutory publicity period.

When making representations please only provide information (including personal details) which you are happy for other people to view.

If you do not want your comments to appear on the council’s website, thy will be treated as anonymous. Anonymous representations will usually be given less weight in the determination of a planning application.

Ensure you include the Unique Planning Reference Number and site name when commenting. These can be found on the www.cv36.co.uk website.
